New Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe<\/h1>

Das Badische Staatstheater soll saniert werden, das hatte der Gemeinderat Karlsruhe 2014 entschieden. Im selben Jahr wurde die Sanierung f\u00fcr 125 Mio Euro ausgeschrieben. Jeweils die H\u00e4lfte sollen Stadt und Land dabei an den Kosten tragen. Die eigentliche Sanierung hat noch nicht begonnen, sondern nur vorbereitende Ma\u00dfnahmen, wie die Tiefgarage und das Entr\u00e9e f\u00fcr die Sanierungszeit wurden gebaut. Bis 2020 wurden die Kosten f\u00fcr die Sanierung immer h\u00f6her beziffert. Mittlerweile spricht man von mehr als<\/span> 508 Mio Euro<\/span> \n\t\t\t\t\tohne die Platzgestaltung. Die Summe k\u00f6nnte daher noch weiter steigen. F\u00fcr unsere Fraktion der Freien W\u00e4hler und F\u00dcR Karlsruhe war die rote Linie schon bei 325 Mio Euro erreicht. There is no need to search for space, and the winning project can be implemented as a new building, which requires replanning and demolition of the existing building. This reduces the risk that is often associated with construction work in the existing building and e.g. has led to significant price increases and delays at the Stadthalle. However, a complete interim solution is required, which could be shorter in time than the partial interim solution of the renovation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>
