Instead, the Zoological City Garden is to be transferred to the responsibility of the Karlsruhe Zoo Office as a single organizational unit.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The city council groups are critical of the establishment of an owner-operated company and believe that an organizational unit for the Zoologischer Stadtgarten makes sense in the long term and conserves resources. By merging the Zoological City Garden with the Karlsruhe Zoo Office, synergies can be utilized and efficient administration ensured. This also applies to the employees of the horticultural department who are currently responsible for the city garden.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Friedemann Kalmbach, chairman of the parliamentary group, emphasizes: \"We are committed to organizing the Zoological City Garden as part of the Karlsruhe Zoo Office into a unified Zoological City Garden. This enables better cooperation and effective use of existing resources. At the same time, we are ensuring that the Zoologischer Stadtgarten remains an important part of Karlsruhe's cultural and leisure offerings.\"<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The city council group of the Free Voters and the voter group F\u00dcR Karlsruhe is committed to the sustainable and future-oriented development of the city. Durch die Zusammenf\u00fchrung des Zoologischen Stadtgartens mit dem Amt Zoo Karlsruhe k\u00f6nnen Synergien genutzt und eine effiziente Verwaltung gew\u00e4hrleistet werden. Entscheidungen wie der Karlsruher Zoo gestaltet wird k\u00f6nnen schneller getroffen werden.
