In order to ensure that funding is used efficiently, the city council group is requesting a review cycle of five years. During this period, it should be determined whether the reason for the funding is still valid and whether the funding complies with the current funding guidelines.<br\/>This measure aims to ensure the transparent and targeted use of funds. Regular reviews avoid unnecessary expenditure while ensuring that those who rely on voluntary benefits continue to receive the support they need.   <\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;We see this initiative as an important step towards the sustainable management of city funds. Through regular evaluation, resources can be used more effectively, which ultimately benefits all of Karlsruhe&#8217;s citizens. Everyone should receive the support they really need.
