However, we have repeatedly observed that bicycles block these parking spaces and make them inaccessible for people with disabilities, e.g. at the city hall during demonstrations as well as in the city districts.<\/p>\n\n<p>Therefore, we would like to know what measures the Office of Public Order takes to ensure that handicapped parking spaces remain freely accessible and are not blocked by bicycles or other vehicles.
