We were allowed to take a look behind the scenes at Karlsruhe Zoo with Zoo Director Dr. Matthias Reinschmidt! Alongside Benny the chimpanzee, we get an exclusive insight into the new African savannah approved by the local council. The project was completed this week. The zebras and giraffes can be happy. We also learn that the zoo has more than 90 breeding programs for endangered species.
