To discuss the issue, the city council group “Freie Wähler” and the voter group “FÜR Karlsruhe” hosted a panel of experts consisting of doctoral student Erika Mosebach from the University of Heidelberg, Patrick Krieg from the criminal investigation department and Justin Shrum from the organization The Justice Project.

Together with City Councillor Petra Lorenz, they will discuss the challenges and status quo of prostitution in Karlsruhe.
Among other things, the problems in determining exact figures, the motives for entering prostitution, the support services for prostitutes and the debate about different models for regulating prostitution, such as the Nordic model, will be presented.

The entire conversation is available in two parts on the YouTube channel of the Free Voters and the voter group “FÜR Karlsruhe”.
