In consultation with KVV and Deutsche Bahn, the Karlsruhe city administration will provide signage at Karlsruhe Central Station to the nearest barrier-free stop.
Reason
Changing trains at Karlsruhe Central Station is a challenge for people with reduced mobility, as there is no barrier-free access to public transport. In addition, travelers who are not familiar with the area lack clear information about where the next barrier-free stop or boarding point is located. For this reason, it is requested that appropriate signs be installed in the area of the stops in front of the main station in order to improve orientation and mobility for all passengers.
