Reason
We are concerned about the effects of the change in the route network on the connection of Waldstadt, as well as other affected districts, to the city center and the main train station.
As representatives of the citizens of Karlsruhe, it is important for us to review the effects of decisions such as the change to the route network and to make adjustments where necessary. Especially with regard to the mobility of citizens and the impact on public transport, it is important to regularly review the development of passenger numbers in the various districts.
We would therefore like to know how the number of passengers from Waldstadt has developed since the changeover of the route network and whether there are other parts of the city that now have better or worse connections. This information is important in order to assess whether the change in the route network has actually led to an improvement in public transport in Karlsruhe or whether there is a need for adjustment.
