Reason
Hebelstrasse 13 is unused following the relocation of the city council groups to Hebelstrasse 21. The building, which belongs to the Office for Structural Engineering and Building Management, should be sold or used for other purposes as quickly as possible. The previous plan was to sell the building to the Volkswohnung housing association and thus to put it back on the tight housing market. In addition, the ground floor retail space could already be rented out. Letting the ground floor retail space would not stand in the way of selling the apartments. In this way, the space could be used before the upcoming sale and revitalize the Marktplatz Carré.
