The comparison, which the judge of the administrative court asked the parties to make, brought a lot for the construction of a second Rhine bridge: a pedestrian and cycle lane, better nature conservation compensation measures and the transport connection to the B36, which is indispensable. It took a long time and it is unfortunate that the country was only brought to this point by going to court. Time was lost, but quality was gained. We expressly welcome the result and will also agree to it in the municipal council.
